At The Old Post Office at Gutcher, we prepare, cook, and serve food from an environment that is considered multi-use; as such, we make the following disclaimer.

 
Attention customers with food allergies.

 

Please be aware that all our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as celery, cereals containing gluten (such as barley and oats), crustaceans (such as prawns, crabs and lobsters), eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs (such as mussels and oysters), mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (if the sulphur dioxide and sulphites are at a concentration of more than ten parts per million) and tree nuts (such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, Brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts). While we take steps to minimize risk and safely handle the foods that contain potential allergens, please be advised that cross-contamination may occur, as factors beyond our reasonable control may alter the formulations of the food we serve, or manufacturers may change their formulations without our knowledge. Our facilities are not food-allergen or gluten-free. Customers with food allergies or other nutritional concerns are advised to contact a staff member.
